Instituto Cervantes de Manila presents "What is a Filmfest Like You Doing in a City Like This?! Posters of Película>Pelikula Spanish Film Festival," an exhibition celebrating the visual history of the Manila Spanish Film Festival. Running from September 5 to October 31, 2024, at Instituto Cervantes Manila in Intramuros, this exhibition offers a unique glimpse into the creative evolution of the festival through its iconic posters.

As the PELÍCULA - PELIKULA Spanish Film Festival reaches its 23rd edition in 2024, Instituto Cervantes Manila invites the public to join in the celebration by exploring this exhibition. Displaying posters and other graphic collaterals from the festival's inception to the present, the exhibition highlights the artistic expressions that have defined each edition, capturing the essence of Spanish and Latin American cinema over the years.

In addition to its run at Instituto Cervantes Manila, the exhibition will also be showcased at Shangri-La Plaza Mall, the main venue of the film festival, allowing a wider audience to experience the visual journey of Película>Pelikula. Coinciding with the festival's screenings at Shangri-La Plaza from October 5 to 13, the exhibition will continue to inspire and engage visitors with its rich visual narrative.
